MAKING TIME
Procrastination is rife within our modern culture. “I will do it tomorrow.” “I don't have time right now.” “I'm just too busy lately.”
OK. I'm about to burst that “excuse” bubble of yours. Get ready.....
I'll work backwards to make it easy....
Our week consists of 7 days. That's 168 hours in total.
Let’s assume that on average we sleep 8 hours per night for a healthy nights sleep. That's 56 hours sleep per week.
So, we now have 112 hours remaining. (Stay with me here....I'm making a good point and you'll like this bit.)
Also assuming the average person works 40 hours per week (on average), plus 30 minutes travel time each way totaling 45 hours.
That now leaves us with 67 hours each week.
Take out morning and evening meal times, at an average of 30minutes for each, totalling 7 hours. This leaves us 60 hours still remaining.
That basic maths leaves us with 60 hours each week to shop, socialise and relax and spend time with the family. 60 hours. That's a heap of time. That's almost 3 whole days uninterrupted.
So somewhere within that 60 hours spare...
you are going to try to tell me that you don't have time to get to the gym 2 or 3 times per week...
for a 30 minute session...
to assist in keeping you healthy and in good physical shape?
As well as give you the chance to consult with an exercise professional to help you with diet and general health.
Yep, bubble burst, huh?
Try arguing that you don't have time now!
So, what's your excuse going to be to avoid being healthy and having a longer, healthy, more active life?
